An enquiry may include your name, work email, company, area of interest, project description, timing and budget. Please leave passwords, payment details, identity documents and confidential client records out of an initial enquiry. Any later project involving confidential information requires an agreed handling process.
Sending an enquiry
Our enquiry form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not send the form contents to a website enquiry service. We receive your message only when you send it through your email app and it is delivered. Your email provider handles sending; a downloaded draft is saved on your device.
How we use your information
We use enquiries to understand the request, assess suitable work, respond and prepare a proposal. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Where applicable, we process information to take steps you request before a contract, or for our legitimate interest in answering business correspondence.

We use providers for website hosting, security and business email. Our website hosting provider processes personal information hosted for us under its applicable data processing terms. Namecheap Private Email hosts our mailbox. These providers may process technical details needed to operate and protect their services, including IP addresses, browser information and request logs. Email also passes through your own provider.
International processing
Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Our hosting provider’s data processing terms describe safeguards for applicable international transfers of personal information hosted for us. Website preferences
We have not added advertising trackers or analytics tools to this marketing website. Hosting and security providers may use cookies to operate and protect their services.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information while needed to respond, consider the proposed work, manage an agreed engagement or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We assess continued need when an enquiry closes. Deletion requests are considered against those purposes and applicable obligations. Information may be disclosed where legally required. A later engagement requires its own handling and retention terms; this notice does not cover a client portal, payment form or future agent access to messages.
